- Experience in handling chats and emails
- Typing speed 30 wpm
- Good convincing skills
- Willing to work in Sales cum support process
- Flexible with rotational shifts
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Multi-tasking Required (Chats, email and SMS)
Desired skills:
- Team Handling, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum experiences 2to 4 Years
- Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- Education, BE, BTech, Mtech.
