Role: Facility and Admin Executive
Location: Bengaluru, Full-Time / Rotational Shift
Job Description:
To ensure general office maintenance like Housekeeping / Pest Control/ Hygiene / Mechanical/ sanitary / plumbing/ Pantry Management / Air Conditioners/ First Aid box / Carpentry & Minor repairs etc.
- Taking care of ground transportation, booking accommodations and handling any other trip-related tasks.
- Supervise and monitor all day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Handling procurement, negotiation and Vendor Management.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Updating Inventory and asset Insurance and Claims.
- Handling petty cash and Keeping details of all Petty Cash expenses & Admin related expenses.
- Handling CCTV, Access control system management.
Desired skills:
- Team Handling, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum experiences 3to 5 Years
- Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
