Role: HR Manager
Location: Bengaluru, Full-Time / Rotational Shift
Job Description:
Human resource managers are responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, government regulations and salary components.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role about the overall vision.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing letters.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Manpower Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Taking care of end-to-end HR Activities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
