Role: Technical Support Executive
Location: Bengaluru, Full-Time / Rotational Shift
Job Description:
- Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/Remote access /OS related queries for our global customers.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
- Ticket’s handling, Providing L1/1.5 assistance to the clients
- Training new joiners’
- Flexibility to work on 24*7 shifts
Desired skills:
- Team Handling, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum experiences 2to 7Years
- Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- Education, BE, BTech, Mtech.
