Role: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Bengaluru, Full-Time / Day Shift
Job Description:
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company’s services and products
- Upselling, Cross Selling, should have experiences in Domestic and international sales
- Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines
- Creates new and innovative ideas to sell product
- Responds to any inquiries from the consumer
- Evaluates the performance of salespeople
- Hires and fires sales team members when necessary
- Reads and evaluates sales reports
- Meets monthly sales goals as provided by management
Desired skills:
- Team Handling, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum experiences 5to 7Years
- Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- Education, Graduation and Post-graduation.
